President Russell Swagger, St. Croix member and Lac Courte Oreilles descendant, will deliver the welcome address. The celebration will include comments by LCO Tribal Governing Board Representative David Bisonette, as well as comments by the Board of Regents Vice Chairperson, the Honorable Judge Monica “Zhaawanagiizhigookwe” Isham.
